1. What is BBCallBack?
BBCallBack is new 3rd Generation Mobile VoIP service to offer best calling rates without scarify mobile experience. Unlike first and second Generation Mobile CallBack services, our software is seamlessly interpreted into Mobile Phone's operation system, so you use our service just like you always do, you won't notice any difference, however, you pay much less.
2. What is CallBack?
Mobile CallBack is cell phone service that allows you to convert your incoming calls into out-going calls. Many service providers offer unlimted incoming call plan,so Mobile CallBack allow you to make out-going calls without using airtime.
3. What are the advantages of BBCallBack?
Tradtional Mobile CallBack service require extra 3 steps to make a phone call:
dial access number, then wait, answer, key in destination number.
BBCallBack eliminate all these steps, you just call from Address Book, Missed call, Recent call, etc.
4. Which carriers does BBCallBack support?
All carriers, AT&T/Cingular, Bell, Fido, Rogers, Solo Mobile, Sprint, Telus, T-Mobile, Verizon, Virgin Mobile.
5. Which phones does BBCallBack support?
All BlackBerry phones with software 4.1 and up.
All Windows Mobile phones with Windows Mobile 5 and up.
Google Android support coming soon. Apple iPhone (need jailbreak) support coming soon.
You can order BBCallBack compatible phone with decent price if you do not own one.
6. Will BBCallBack work on prepaid plan phones?
Yes. We tested AT&T/Cingular, Bell, Fido, Rogers, Solo Mobile, T-Mobile, Verizon prepaid plans.
7. Is there any contract?
Of course not, who like 3 years contract?
We use our product every day,we love it,we want you to become a happy user of our service.
That's how we keep our customers.
8. Can I use BBCallBack if I do not have unlimted incoming call?
Yes. You can use BBCallBack for long-distant call. In this case. The cost will be airtime + BBCallBack rate.
Remember to turn off BBCallBack for your local calls by call **0
9. Do I need a data plan to use BBCallBack?
You do not need data plan. BBCallBack server use CallerID to authorize and trigger the call. Please do not block your outbound CallerID.


Use BBCallBack ON YOUR MOBILE PHONE 
1. What's BBCallBack rates?
Our rates start from 2 cents/minutes.For detail BBCallBack rates, you can go to rates page
2. How can I refill BBCallBack account?
You can refill by phone card or by credit card. Call *088 from your phone.
3. How can I get detail call reports?
We will email your balance, the calls you made, duration and rates to you every night.
4. Can I use my phonebook so that I do not have to manually enter numbers?
Yes.You use BBCallBack just like you make phone call everyday.
5. I only want to use BBCallBack for long-distant call.
You can call **0 to turn off BBCallBack for local call, call **1 to turn on local call.
6. What about roaming?
As long as you have an unlimited incoming calls plan from your cellular phone provider and you receive a call back within your local calling area, you will not be charged. If you are outside of your local calling area, your service provider may charge you roaming fees. Please contact your service provide for roaming fees.
7. My call not able to go through, why?
You need to make your caller ID unblocked.
8. Is the BBCallback legal?
Come on! What do you think? It's legal. BBCallback are utilize your cellular phone provider's existing pricing structure to minimize your airtime charges.
